My students and I love hosting authors and illustrators in our library. You can feel the excitement and positive energy bouncing around the building.
How did WE prepare for Tad Hills' visit, you ask?
*WE read all of Tad's books.
*WE engaged in activities that helped us better understand and connect with Tad and his adorable characters.
*WE created displays, displays, displays, signs, signs, signs, and more displays.
*WE ordered books for the book signing.
*WE brainstormed questions to ask Tad.
*WE treated Tad like a rock star.
