Natalie Babbit is the award-winning author of Kneeknock Rise (1971 Newbery Honor), Elsie Times Eight, and Tuck Everlasting (It always surprises me it did not receive a Newbery Medal/Honor). Her new novel, The House Over Moon Street, hits shelves on March 1, 2012.
Master teacher Donalyn Miller and I attended the Scholastic Author Round-Up together. The video you are about to watch premiered during the event. I will forever associate The House Over Moon Street and this video with Donalyn. Happy watching and reading!

Borrow The Moon Over High Street from your school or public library in March. Whenever possible, please support independent bookshop.
